1 Acceptance of Terms

Using the j2 bat platform — whether that means browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet or spinning a slot — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies each time you access the platform, regardless of the device or browser you are using.

2 Account Registration

To use the full features of j2 bat — including depositing, betting, playing slots and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on j2 bat. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers, circumvent limits or for any other reason is strictly prohibited. When duplicate accounts are identified, j2 bat will close the additional accounts and may forfeit any associated bonus funds or winnings.

3 Eligibility

By using j2 bat, you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or family member of a j2 bat employee in a position that could create a conflict of interest.

4 Deposits

All deposits on j2 bat are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Deposits are typically credited to your j2 bat balance quickly — JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions usually reflect within one to two minutes of confirmation.

• j2 bat reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before accepting deposits or processing withdrawals.

j2 bat does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside the control of j2 bat and are your responsibility to check before depositing.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from j2 bat are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified payment account held in your name. j2 bat processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible — processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and whether account verification is complete.

• You must complete any identity verification requirements before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — no third-party payouts.
• Active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, real-money balance is withdrawable.

• j2 bat reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any withdrawal request before approving payment.
• In the event of suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, j2 bat may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process due to banking system availability. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals generally process faster than bank transfer requests.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

j2 bat offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP-exclusive offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates. 7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on j2 bat — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets — are subject to the platform's betting rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and accepted by the platform. A bet request does not constitute placement until you receive confirmation.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, unless a manifest error has occurred.
• j2 bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were published in error due to technical fault or pricing mistake.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, data feed delays or platform maintenance.
• Bets placed after an event has started — where the platform was not offering live betting — will be voided.
• j2 bat follows industry-standard rules for void events: if a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless settlement rules for that market specify otherwise.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance in PKR.

Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure fair play for all users. Players who consistently place bets designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies may have individual market limits applied to their account.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on j2 bat. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.

• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information or manipulate betting markets.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corruption relating to any sporting event.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing j2 bat staff or other platform users.

j2 bat monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any behaviour that appears to breach these conduct rules. Investigations may involve withholding withdrawals pending review.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

j2 bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other users.

• In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, j2 bat may freeze account funds pending investigation.
• If an account is closed due to a proven breach of terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Real-money balances in accounts closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or terms breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are complete.
• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining balance returned.
